Sigtec offers a range of on-site services that help ensure that systems are installed and configured to run optimally and to best support their operational needs. This is important because a system that is running optimally performs its intended functions and tasks effectively, reliably and predictably.

Disaster Preparedness: Site Audits & Surveys

It can be difficult to assess your facilities preparedness for major incidents or disasters. We can help by visiting your site and carrying out an audit to identify strengths and weaknesses. We will carry out site survey based on a number of key factors: Your communications technology, safety systems, fire teams, resilience, and level of expertise. The resultant report will help you prepare for typical incident types and worst case emergencies also highlight savings in maintenance cover, recommend changes in operating practices to reduce response times to incidents, also advise on training and emergency response.

Sigtec offers a diverse training program of technical, operation, and operation train-the-trainer classes for our most complex systems. We provide factory technical training on a regular schedule and support onsite and international training as requested.
