Lone Worker Solution for Chemical Plant		A chemical manifacturing facility requiring a simple solution for four workers in a potentially hazardous envoiroment. Sigtec provided a Bluebox portable alarming facility capable of notifying by phone, two way radio, public address and remote wireless sounders.
Assisted Evacuation for large Hospital		When a large regional hospital needed a solution for managing a potentional evacuation during a fire alarm. Sigtec's approach was to provide a system for displaying alarm specific information on 1 mtr long LED displays. located at strategic points to inform nursing staff of the potentional hazard.
Deaf Alarm solution for Pharmaceutical		A global pharmaceutical manafacturing facility needed a method of notifying deaf or restricked hearing employees and visitors of a fire evacuation. Sigtec provided a system based on the Bluebox ZX2025 providing deaf alarm but also faciliting the facilities emergency responce group with portable text alerts of the location of an alarm. A development of this safety upgarde was the reduction in evacuations due to false alarms, the cost saving of one prevented evacuation easily covered the capital cost of the project.
Containerp Port facility needed a proximity alarm		A port cargo handling terminal, asked Sigtec to provide a system to alert dockside crane drivers of a potential colliision risk with large straddle container carriers. Sigtec provided a simple radio based transpond system to alert operators of an impending colosion and take appropriate actions.
River tunnel, safety radio upgrade		As part of a tunnel safety system upgrade, Sigtec designed and installed a FM radio re-broadcast systems for tunnel users. 12 national and local radio channels where included. Consisting of a customised console located in the facilities control room. Bio-chemical facility requested fire and safety alarming on their Tetra radio network.		Sigtec where commissioned to provide a data bridge between the facilities BMS and existing Tetra radio and paging systems. Sigtec received alarm data in as one protocol and converted this alarm data to two separate protocols for onward transmission as SDS text messaging on Tetra radio and portable pagers.
ERT callout system for large pharmaceutical		When response times to fire alarms where investigated it was observed that delays in investigating false alarms where causing a large amount of site evacuations, as over 300 employees where involved, the cost of these evacuations where considerable. equipping the ERT team with Atex fire text pagers quickly reduced response times and drastically reduced evacuations due to false alarms.
