Sigtec was founded in 1999 as a radio communications and consulting firm primarily for hazardous industries. Since then Sigtec has grown into a niche product development house, specialising in wireless notification and control systems. We are now providing solutions for a wide range of industries such as Life sciences, Transportation, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Public Safety, Chemical Manufacturing, Education, and Health Care. |
Our products can be divided into two interrelated but yet separate groups: Incident & risk technologies and mobile phone controlled products. The common denominator of these two product groups is the technology platform, both BlueBox and Yoke products share the same hardware. Bluebox is our platform for automated notification, and is capable of interfacing with a wide variety of alarming and process control systems and delivering critical safety and process information to a range of portable messaging devices. Yoke is our brand for a growing range of mobile phone controlled access and monitoring products. |
Hardware - we are experienced developers of embedded systems and sub-systems, multi-layer board design, prototyping and test applications. Our specialist is wireless messaging and control technology. Sigtec also offers a number of high reliability hardware platforms to suit custom monitoring and messaging applications. |
